Description
Gulfstar Therm 46 oil is a premium, high quality product intended for use in heat transfer applications in closed systems with pumped circulation. It is formulated from highly refined base stocks and selected additives, which are resistant to thermal cracking and chemical oxidation. It has good heat transfer efficiency and can be pumped readily at both start-up and operating temperatures.

Application

• Recommended for use in closed, cold-oil sealed, indirect heating and cooling systems in all kinds of industrial processes operating at bulk oil temperatures up to a maximum of 320 ⁰C and at atmospheric pressure
• Heating of reaction vessels, driers, moulding machines, etc
• Heat transfer in closed systems operating in a wide range of applications, such as chemical, leather, cement, paper ,textile, rubber, chipboard, food, building materials and other processing operations
